TL-DF series electromagnetic dry powder magnetic separator is a new type of iron remover mainly developed for positive and negative powder materials. Its magnetic system features large wrap angle, multiple magnetic poles, and the absolute value of magnetic track density in the machine separation area is relatively average. It can play the role of magnetic system in separation, and can design different field strength according to different ore properties. Scope of application:

Structure and working principle:

The magnetic separator mainly consists of coil excitation part, vibration blanking part, discharge port, magnetic medium part, pneumatic conversion device, electric control part, etc.

The machine is supplied with DC excitation power by special silicon rectifier control box. After being electrified, the straight filter of the working chamber is magnetized. The powdery material enters the filter from top to bottom, and the material flows out evenly from top to bottom through the motor vibration. When the filter is passed through the magnetic disc, the metal powders and oxides such as iron, cobalt, nickel and so on in the material will be adsorbed on the filter. After working for a period of time, the filter is full of iron. At this time, the material can be stopped, the discharge port can be switched off, the coil is powered off, and the iron material is discharged from the tap hole. In the above process, according to the iron content of the material, the iron removal and iron unloading cycle can be set, which can fully realize automation.
